Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the States Limo website or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.


1. Service Description

States Limo provides professional chauffeured transportation services, including airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel, tours, and special events. Service details, pricing, and applicable policies are disclosed during the booking process.


2. Reservations and Booking

Reservations may be made by phone, email, or through our online booking platform. All bookings are subject to availability, and States Limo reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its discretion.


3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during reservation. Services under $300 are charged at least 3 days in advance, and services over $300 are charged at least 14 days in advance, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Cancellations and Modifications

States Limo reserves the right to apply cancellation and no-show fees. Any changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a $35 change fee, in addition to any fare difference.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup for Sedans & SUVs, and less than 72 hours for all other vehicles, will be charged 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity.
Cancellations made outside these timeframes are eligible for a refund, less a 5% credit card processing fee (credit card payments only).


5. Service Fulfillment

Chauffeurs will arrive at the scheduled pickup location with the reserved vehicle at the confirmed time. When a flight number is provided, incoming flights are monitored. Clients will receive SMS messages and emails containing chauffeur contact details.


6. Early Morning and Late-Night Pickups

Pickups scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM are subject to an additional $20.00 surcharge.


7. Airport Pickups

Curbside / Express airport pickups are provided at no additional charge. Meet-and-greet service is available for an additional fee ($25 for Sedan & SUV and $85 for all other vehicles). Waiting time charges apply after the applicable grace period.


8. Waiting Time

For non-airport pickups, waiting time begins after 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. For airports, waiting time begins after 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.
Waiting fees apply at $1.50 per minute for Sedans, $2.00 per minute for SUVs, and the standard hourly rate for all other vehicles.


9. Mechanical Breakdowns

States Limo is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by mechanical issues. When feasible, lost service time may be accommodated on a mutually agreed future date.


10. Client Responsibility

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle during service. Chauffeurs may terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conduct.


11. Winter Conditions and Traffic Delays

States Limo is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by hazardous road conditions, weather events, or traffic congestion.


12. Lost Items and Shipping

States Limo is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Shipping recovered items within the United States may incur additional charges.


13. Vehicle Capacity

Passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s maximum seating and storage capacity.


14. No-Show Policy

A no-show fee equal to the full trip cost, including waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity, will be charged if a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location. Clients must contact the office to locate their chauffeur before arranging alternate transportation.


15. Missed Flights

States Limo is not responsible for missed flights under any circumstances.


16. Vehicle Substitution

States Limo reserves the right to substitute vehicles when necessary due to availability or to ensure timely service.


17. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP.” For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us directly. SMS consent is optional and may be declined when submitting website forms.
